CALL NOW (407) 403-5936 - FREE TELEPHONE CONSULT We have a new better website: Fresh-Start.Law I am an Attorney licensed in Florida. I am admitted to the Federal Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida. I have been practicing bankruptcy law for eight years now. My goal is to provide the highest level of service while delivering quality legal services. Most of my practice is consumer bankruptcy law for below-median-income debtors. My prices for Chapter 7 bankruptcy are based on your situation and income and calculated to give you the highest level of service. Prices for Chapter 13 are based on your situation and income and equal approximately $100 - $150 per month in the repayment plan. The more you pay up front, the lower the in-plan payment will be. Mortgage Modification in Chapter 13 is also available for an additional fee.
Payment plans are available. I don't have an expensive advertising budget, rent costs, or employee costs, so I can afford a team with time to focus on you and answer your questions.
I am based locally, and to provide the highest level of service I deal directly with my clients. My clients are able to ring the phone on my desk directly and if I am not able to answer, my goal is to return all calls by the close of business.

Web: Fresh-Start.Law FAQ What is the difference between Chapter 7 and Chapter 13? Chapter 7 is over in 3 to 4 months and you are allowed to keep a limited amount of property with no payment plan. Chapter 13 takes 36 to 60 months and you are in a payment plan during that time. Because of the payment plan you are allowed to keep more property. Do you take payment plans? Yes. The way the payment plans work is that you pay a set amount that we agree to each month until the fee is paid in full and then we prepare your petition and file it. Am I above median income? Median income is set by the US Trustee and determined based on household size. In Florida, as of May 1, 2018 median income is as follows: Household of 1 -- $48,000; Household of 2 -- $58,960; Household of 3 -- $65,278; Household of 4 -- $76,953; Household of 5 -- $85,353; Household of 6 -- $93,753; Household of 7 -- $102,153; Household of 8 -- $110,553; Household of 9 -- $118,953; Household of 10 -- $127,353. Generally, I start with an initial telephone consultation. Then if you want to move forward, we schedule an in-person conference at my office to go over the legal services agreement and your documents and for you to make the first payment. After that I represent you against your creditors until you are paid in full and then about two weeks after that I file your case.
Can you make the calls stop?
After you hire me, you give my phone number to the creditors. For most of my clients this stops all calls and harassment. |
